Snow and Ice Management /
Salt Brine Services

Consolidated Commercial Services provides expert snow and ice management for facility maintenance service companies. CCS serves a clients across the country, and specializes in state, county, and municipal contract, including airports.

While snow and ice management is not a new concept, the use of "salt brine" is now becoming more widespread in our region. Our brine pretreatment is the most effective method for snow and ice management. Many facility maintenance services are still not utilizing this efficient technology, including multi-family communities and State/County Government agencies.

Our Salt Brine with GeoMelt™ can be used both as a snow and ice pre-treatment (anti-icing before a winter weather event) as well as a primary treatment (de-icing during and after a winter weather event). Our snow and ice treatment is environmentally-friendly and will significantly reduce the use of granular road salt. CCS's road treatment is mess free, ecologically safe, and is more effective overall than conventional granular salt options. Our trained experts recognize the appropriate allotment of salt brine to use, thus we will not use unnecessary time or resources. CCS's fleet of company-owned salt brine vehicles allows us to quickly address your facility maintenance services needs during a winter weather event.

This pretreatment procedure enables easier snow removal throughout, and after, the weather event. A partnership with Consolidated Commercial Services will save you money while saving our roads and the environment.
